Height Adjusting Gas Shock System

Because there is no standard height for sliding patio doors, you’re left with two options:  (1) get exact measurements and have a pet patio door custom made or (2) purchase a height-adjustable panel that requires an electric drill and screwdriver.  There’s so much room for error that we’ve developed a mechanism that makes the Pet 1 Patio Door the easiest to install.

The height adjusting gas shock system extends the patio pet door height over 8 inches.  By just pulling down on the lever our pet door will extend it’s height until it fits perfectly into your existing patio door track.  The gas shock exerts over 11kg of pressure making it completely secure from prying hands. 

Because it’s not permanently installed into your patio door frame, installing it won’t affect your sliding patio door warranty.  The gas shock mechanism makes it even easier to uninstall whether it’s because you’re entertaining, going away on  a long vacation, or moving.
